Description
Crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned chicken wings cooked straight from frozen in the air fryer — no thawing needed!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb frozen chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: your favorite wing sauce (buffalo, BBQ, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the frozen chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes to partially thaw and render some fat.
- Remove wings, pat them dry, and toss in olive oil and seasonings.
- Return wings to air fryer and cook for another 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- If using sauce, toss the wings in the sauce after cooking and air fry for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce and celery sticks if desired.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking. Cook in batches if needed.
