- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain and cool eggs under cold running water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place them in a bowl; mash with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
