A whimsical and creamy no-bake Easter Dirt Cake made with layers of buttery vanilla cookies, fluffy pudding, and sweet candy eggs. A perfect holiday treat to wow your guests!

- 1 package (11 oz) vanilla wafers, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- Candy eggs and bunny gummies for topping
- Green-tinted shredded coconut (optional, for “grass” effect)
Instructions
- Crush vanilla wafers in a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk the pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- In a 9×13 inch pan or serving dish, layer half of the crushed vanilla wafers, then spread the pudding mixture evenly over the top.
- Top with the remaining crushed wafers.
- Decorate with candy eggs, bunny gummies, and green coconut to resemble a festive spring garden.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

You can swap vanilla wafers for graham crackers or golden sandwich cookies depending on your flavor preference!
