Light, airy and absolutely irresistible, these mini cream puffs are the perfect bite-sized dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously until mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until dough is smooth and glossy.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slice puffs and fill with whipped cream just before serving.
Notes
Make sure puffs are fully cooled before filling to prevent the cream from melting.
